In 2010 Rabbi Eliyahu Mali started his journey and established in Yafo his Yeshiva "Song of Moses", in order to be a religious lively center that impacts directly on life and the discourse in Yafo and Tel Aviv.
As a significant part of this doing, Midreshet Yafo was established; a link between Beit Hamidrash, the Torah and the Feminine population in Yafo.
The core of the 'Midrasha' is the Beit Midrash that acts as an engine, giving our dear students the drive and boost, to go out and do for their nation, and the support to stand strong despite all the challenges and difficulties. In general it is a source of strength open to the women in Yafo and specifically charges its students with power to operate in their national service in Yafo.
In the days the girls serve in their specific standard, in the nights they gather to fill themselves spiritually -mentally and in between they activate various projects regarding Jewish identity, social- emotional support, welfare, education and charity.
As part of a weekly lesson by Rabbi Eliyahu Mali, he devotes a special time for Q & A (questions and answers) in which the girls raise complex questions about the unique challenges they face in their activities in the city of Yafo.
The lessons are open to all girls and women in Yafo.
The fixed Learning group, along with its enriched and experiential framework, formulates its girls as a high quality idealistic team, capable of operating a variety of projects the Midrasha develops and participates in Yafo.
